Trauma Track

We are Hamilton County Mental Health Court and we are here for you. If you or someone you know has gone through a crisis and is in need of help or support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. With years of experience and a highly trained staff, our sole purpose is to relieve trauma so that our crisis victims can move forward in good health surrounded by a compassionate community.

Trauma Therapy
We are able to provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy through the Trauma Track as well as connect clients to therapist in the area who specialize in trauma.
Yoga and Meditation
Our Yoga-Meditation classes are taught by Stephanie Jones from Peace, Strength, Yoga. For this one hour class, our clients are able to join in on truly relaxing and healing classes.
Peer Support Group
I AM A SURVIVOR is a peer-led group that meets twice per month. We have a group for Men and Women, welcoming individuals to self-identify. These groups are led by survivors of trauma and provide a great support for its members. The group is a place to feel uplifted and less alone, while learning new ways to move forward. Resources for other needs are also available to all members.
Art Classes
Art classes are taught by Frances McDonald at Mark Making. Frances provides a calm, supportive, and fun environment where she introduces our clients to different art techniques while also exploring what our art says about ourselves.
